About Us

The company, through its directors, managers and employees, supports and develops the Person Centered Approach.
Our company has implemented such approach by providing our staff with extensive professional training through IACP in Rome which is a non profit international organization dedicated to research on human behavior and to training in specific professional areas using the Person Centered Approach. From 2003, PROSERICOP is actively involved with the planning, implementation and research of services which are exclusively Person Centered. Such services are based on a course of action which is in line with Carl R. Rogers' theory.
The Person Centered Approach constitutes a significant part of the humanistic-existential psycology. The system which has been created by Rogers is a life approach and vision that provides an understanding in terms of personality and a course of action which is designed to support and develop the person as an individual.

In order to improve our Services and make sure they meet our Customers' needs, we have put specific measures and procedures in place which have been approved by the body that is Responsible to manage and constantly review the Quality Standards.
As a result of this our Customers have the opportunity to complete and subsequently submit a form to give us feedback which is extremely valued and welcome anytime. In addition to this, there is also a survey available which gives the chance to our Clients to express whether or not they are satisfied with our Services. This can be brought to our attention at any stage of the service, whether it is in due course or already completed. All of the above has been exclusively designed and implemented to make sure our services are targeted to meet everyone's needs, expectations and to help us make relevant amendments where these are needed.
