Quality Policy

Since 2005 the staff of PROSERICOP has implemented and put in practise quality procedures which comply with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standards and regulations in order to enhance the ability to provide effective and efficient services by relying on experience as a means to continuously develop and refine our work both inside and outside the company.

One of the reasons why our Organisation's vision is to work following and adhering to the top Quality Standards, is because we want to do our best to give effective answers to those who take advantage of our services. This is made possible by taking actions which encourage the development of human resources, health and the quality of life. The direct recipients of our actions are the "People" which are the reason behind the fact that we strive to improve our ability to meet their needs in order to create an everlasting bond-trust relationship. The quality of our services is today and will always be in future one of the main strategic means whereby PROSERICOP will focus to pursue a continuous progress and development that is targeted to benefit all companies and organisations.

We believe that just one appropriate and adequate model of working in our organization can encourage a series of different models working in favour of individuals and groups which have been adequately and thoroughly analysed by being tested during our daily tasks. At the same time by carefully managing the quality of our services, this contributes to provide transparency which is needed in order to have the required closure with the outside world. The fundamental points of this program are:

  • Commitment to listen to the needs of our clients
  • Continuous qualitative development with regards to the services for the Individual and all our company processes, particularly health and safety and environmental protection.
  • Involvement of all our personnel to communicate, express and share the fundamental standards of our Quality Policy within the whole company.

The fulfillment of this program, with the right resources, will allow us to improve our services and performances, strengthen our competitiveness and boost the recognition and satisfaction of our staff.

The improvement program will be regularly updated to promptly reflect current changes when these take place.
